    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in a Belgian stemmed glass an unfiltered and opaque golden-yellow coloured Belgian Ale with a one finger almost white foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. Sediments as a floating powder. The aroma is solid sweety malts, juicy fruits, oranges, citrus, a spicy touch, coriander, notes of hay and barnyard. The flavour is yeast, grainy sweety malts, herbal, spicy, coriander and flowery hops. The mouthfeel is light crispy and amazing dry-sourish. The texture is oily. This medium bodied B A has a dry sourish-bitter finish. An impressive palate for this Flemish Blonde Ale brewed in a young and talented small Flemish brewery. Well balanced, nice flavoured, well refreshing, a convincing Begian Ale.
