Our wit bier is a beautifully light and refreshing fuit-infused ale. Brewed with a portion wheat and oats, and spiced with 2 types of orange peel and coriander (as well as another "mystery" spice), the subtle citrus aroma leads to a wonderfully smooth and soft flavor, again hinting at orange and spice, with a dry, refreshing finish. Theres nothing bitter about whippoorwill- its soft and fluffy as white clouds on a summer day!

A nice take on the style, with the oats providing a luxurious palate. The body is orange-yellow with the appropriate pure white tightly-bubbled head. Flavors are understated and lightly-spiced and appear most prominently in the dry finish. This beer is most notable for its softness of body and drinkability but it lacks the expected, and desired, fruity spiciness.
