Our ESB starts with a lightly fruity, mildly sweet aroma. This comes from the unique English yeast chosen for fermentation and from the UK Goldings hopw used in conditioning (dry hops). The bitterness of the hops greets the palate first, but the taste carries on to well-rounded carmel/toffee/biscuit maltiness. Imported malts as well as hops were chosen for brewing, and the blance between them defines this delicious brew. The aftertaste lingers, continuing the interplay of sweet-fruity-bitter... 5.1% alcohol by volume

One of their best looking beers, extemely clear caramel color that looks good from all sides of the bar. Aroma is carmel malt. Flavor is still malty with a good bit of hoppiness that make it balanced and good. Nothing over the top here, just a good honest beer.

What a great beer. Bright bright reddish amber. decent head, aroma is blooming with attractive notes. Floral, fruity and caramel nose. Taste is forward on the fruit, balacned by a crisp hop finish.

At the brewpub, tapped a clear amber-gold with a moderate white head, producing good lacing. A flowery biscuity nose, soft on the palate with a somewhat thin finish. Reserved flavors of grass, toffee and crackers with a light crisp low-bitterness hop presence. Clean and mild, a well-crafted representation of an English bitter.
