This beer takes its outspring in the old Danish brewing traditions, that dates back more than 3400 years. To honor the traditions Trelleborg has been brewed using spelt and spiced with bogmyrtle amongst other things. The beer is unfiltered. Ingrediens: Barley malt, spelt, rye malt, hops, yeast, water, and bog myrtle.

A deep red beer with a huge tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of toffee, bisquits, grain, and straw - very bready. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, bisquits, grain, straw, and bread, as well as hints of spices. Leading to a lightly bitter finish. Nice bready beer.
