Paradise Nights is a black lager brewed with Pilsner, Chocolate, Black Wheat, Munich and Vienna malt. This beer is layered with notes of fresh roasted coffee, bittersweet chocolate and caramel with a hint of noble Saaz hop. This beer was fermented with our house lager strain, finishing dry and balanced and incredibly refreshing for the warm and humid New Orleans summer!
