The beer pours a highly effervescent hazed ruby colour with a weak off-white film for a head. The aroma is berries, bread, weak rhubarb, and light yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is wheat, tart rhubarb, and light berry notes. There is not a lot of bitterness in the finish.
