at the pub on nitro, but it would be good either way. this way left it a little thin-but smooth, and still had enough roasted malt and chocolatey flavor to go around. overall, a solid effort!

sampler at the brewery. SOLID black color and a beautiful tan head and almost no lacing. very nice malt aroma with a light hint of coffee. great flavor and nice taste of coffee. a "little" light on taste - meaning it MIGHT be watered down for my palette, but a VERY good stout!

Sampled at Upstream. Poured a dark, black color with a nice brown head. Light coffee and toffee aroma. Nice mouthfeel. Flavor was sweet and malty with a strong coffee aftertaste. A nice stout.
