Cool for a wit. Slightly tart and slightly fruity. Orange peel and a bit of biscuit malt. I would not mind having this one again.............................

OOHHHHH YYEEESS! This brewery is really gathering more and more steam for me. This is the coolest, "Wit" I have ever had! Lots of yeast, funk and sponataeity. Very bright, might even say sunlight! Lemony and mandarin oranges, maybe some fanta hidden deep behind the bracing tartness. Very much like champagne, toast, biscuit, dry, but with a rounder mouth created I expect by the wheat. My new summer luxury beer.

I bought a bottle of this May seasonal beer at the Brewery last weekend. Has a musty funky aroma. Nice sweetness and a bit of flowery spice. Pours a very hazy, orange color with a soda like head that fizzes away quickly. Very tart and prickly. Dances on your tongue. I haven't had a beer like this in a while. Starts sweet but has a dry finish. This is the kind of beer I was expecting when I visited, but didn't get.
