Douce et épicée, cette bière brune festive et légère, ore des arômes de malt caramel et une amertume. L’époque de la chasse-galerie est révolue mais les générations modernes sont toujours en quête de plaisir.

Fairly clean, just getting a tad haziness near last pour. Amber colour with golden highlights. The frothy head is off-white, decent lasting and leaving streaks of soapy lacing. Your typical Unibroue yeast, Belgian nose with some mild spices, hints of wood and vanilla. Smooth mouthfeel, on the thin side with decent dryness in the finish. Aromas keep on developing as it breathes with caramel notes, apples. Oak flavours, some spices, watery caramel and hoppiness in the end. Nice to have a lighter version of this classic, celebrating 30 years of the original.
