A beer of the month club entry for July/August 2010. This beer pours a rather pretty pale gold with nice sprightly carbonation. The aroma is delicate the general thirst quenching quotient is good, but is down graded in the total entertainment calculation due to the mild flavor and low, low alcohol content. Take a sixer of these to church, chug them down and maybe you will get away with everybody thinking the brew is holy water!

It pours a solid golden with thin white head and light lace. An aroma of rich and tart malts, light hops, light apple, some lemon, and spice. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of bready malts, hops, lemon/citrus, golden apple, and mild spices. I think my first beer from Utah ... good stuff!!

I could Hardly drink this.. Bottle in March 2008. I think this was way past its prime. It was so so strong with a fake lemon flavor I thought I was eating skittles. There are some really fantastic beers from the brewery... just not his one

Not a bad beer. It poured a nice yellow golden color with a nice head. It had a nice aroma of floral hops. The flavor was slightly watered down, But had a nice hoppiness to it. Very easy to drink. Not bad for a 3.2% beer.

Light gold color. Medium head. Aroma is grassy and grainy, a touch floral. A medium bodied Kolsch. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are mild and slightly floral. A light and refreshing beer. Nicely balanced. Lots of flavor for such a low alcohol beer. A nice malt fruitiness is balanced by a slight hop bite. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Good, fresh aroma; clear & clean; bubbles not entirely uniform; somewhat gassy; solid Koelsch taste w/ typically slight astringent bite; lacking head formation or retention; would add slightly more Munich malt if I were the brewer and lower temp mash to add to the maltiness and head. REgardless, good drink.

12 oz bottle, split with Jack as an appertif. Lots of bubbles and foam; a very effervescent beer. Yellow as the sun on a child's painting, with a rocky, but short-lived head. Aroma of corn is pleasant. Medium body. Palete-cleansing mouthfeel and refreshing aftertaste. Best beer from Utah!
