Taps opaque dark chocolate brown with a decent buff head. Aroma has a definite gingerbread character, bready plus ginger, clove, nutmeg and cinnamon. Flavor continues the gingerbread while adding molasses, roast malt, and a hint of chocolate. Mouthfeel offers firm body and lively fizz. House this.
