Stout lovers come back again and again, drinking and attempting to describe what it is that makes our stout so pleasantly different. Our guarded recipe makes for a memorable stout experience. We know what makes it so great, and we aren't telling. It took us 4 years of development to make it this good. Ask for a pint and try to figure it out for yourself.

Wow. This beer packs more than a punch. Probably 20 punches. 13%, this beer should totally wipe you out if the circumstances are right. The price was right for a 16 oz. beer. Dangerous though, that's why the limit is one. Pitch black, motor oil. Not much froth. Lacing is sticky and dark. Taste is really bitter and heavily roasted. Smokey and woody.

ohh shit. I rememeber being quite wasted here a couple years ago. Don't remember much else, but I remember this beast of a stout. It was my kryptonite that night. reminds me of a poor man's Toyko. At the time, this was the strongest beer I'd ever had. No aroma, super black, strong but considering it is the strength of wine, it's really, really drinkable. It's not so fruity. I think my glass is dirty, because Jake's galss has a nice head. Can't even imagine the grain bill.

13% hmmm... strangely good head retention, sweet smelling, slight hop. The hop is generally greenish and slightly lemon? Barleywine-like aroma in a way. Taste is bigger than the smell, fills the whole mouth. Seems like a dark coloured barley-wine in many ways. Slightly burnt cookie I think. It is a good attempt by a fairly mediocre brewery to try something big and cool, and it does allright, but I can't say this is even an average imperial stout.
