    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured an explosive and unfiltered absolutely opaque mid-brown coloured Ale with a generous two fingers beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is powerful caramel malts, biscuits. The flavour is quite the same as the smell, but in a softer way, toffee, a touch of spices, pepper, herbal hops. The mouthfeel is sparkling and quite thick. This medium bodied Ale has a deep malty and light bitter finish. A rich flavoured Italian Strong Ale. Bella Italia !
