An ale clear, by the strong alcohol content and intense. Ale decided hint of caramel, malt given by the English, is accompanied by a balanced luppolatura making it soft and harmonious. Warm but refreshing, and that 'its absolute value. Mediterranean spices give it an irresistible flavor profile. Combining the most 'interesting' with the cheeses, as long 'are not too extreme, but also extraordinarily holds any type of salami.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Troll tulip stemmed glass a light gushing and unfiltered opaque copper-brown coloured Strong Ale with a two fingers slight beige dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. Many floating sediments. The aroma is fruity aromatic hops, sweety malts, fruity, citrus, notes of caramel. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, caramel, fruity, grainy apples, citrus, spicy, coriander and a touch a pepper. The mouthfeel is sparkling and round. This full bodied Strong Ale has a dry malty and spicy finish. The following aftertaste brings a nice warming effect. A pleasant and solid Strong Ale from the last Italian brewery located in Piemont before the French boarder, at 2 600 ft, about 800 m high!
