“We continue to experiment with malts, and want to create an aggressively-hopped pilsner that still retains true pilsner traits,” says Brother John. “This time we went for more bittering up front in the beer, using predominantly Northern Brewers hops in the boil. The aroma has the familiar ‘stinkiness’ of Czech Saaz hops. The beer finished at 47 IBU’s, is 6% abv, and has a nice straw color.”

Poured a golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of dough, light citrus fruits, and grassy hops. Taste of biscuity malt, some toffee, citrus fruits, and a bitter hoppy finish. Full mouthfeel.
