Quite possibly the most esoteric lager we’ve ever brewed, Landbier is here. Brewed in what could be called a Country Lager style, this style is often left open to interpretation. ? ? We brewed ours with with German Pils, Malted White Wheat, and Flaked Rye for the slightest contribution of silk despite the dry finishing nature of the beer. Fermented incredibly cold, and conditioned for however long it took, this beer pours an off-clear bright yellow hazy sticky head capped thing of beauty in a cup. We notice impressions of floral white grape herbal lemon zest like noble hop character atop a clean crackery malt base – all of which will get you through the month of August
