Our White Ale was spiced with orange peel and ground coriander, and was fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. Belgian ales are known for their distinctive flavors, which have similarities to the German wheat beer styles.

Pours a slightly hazy golden with a thin ivory head. Sweet malt aroma has firm notes of yeast and pomme fruit plus a whisper of hops. Delightful flavor starts with sweet malt and fruit, then pins on yeast, wheat, and a bit of butterscotch. Texture is fairly firm, if not too fizzy. Get witty!
