It is a crisp and clean lagered ale modeled after our favourite European Pilsners. We brew it using only high quality German Pilsner and Vienna malts along with a blend of European and North American hops. It is a perfect dockside drinker. The label design was pretty obvious from the start. It is a representation of the view from our patio and taproom with some of our favourite Georgian Bay imagery framed under that big Trestle bridge. Appearance: Pours a pale gold with a dense white head. Lively carbonation. Aroma: Noble hop aroma gives waves of herbal spicyness and a touch of fruitiness in the back ground. Flavour: Soft bitterness followed by a blend of light crackery malt character & spicy/grassy hop flavours. Mouthfeel: Medium mouthfeel. Finish: Clean and crisp finish with no lingering bitterness without finishing sweet.

Can from LCBO. Pours a huge foamy white head, thick dirty lacing, has a pale golden appearance. Slightly excessive carbonation. Aromas of sweet malt, grainy, herbal hops. Flavours of grains, barley malt, a little bit grassy and some herbal hops. Slick and creamy mouthfeel. Not bad.

Can from the LCBO. Pours a clean golden colour with a slight off-white frothy head, good retention and some foamy lacing. Aromas of cereal grains and sweet malts, with some light spicy hops. These hops are also felt in the taste over the mild cereal malts. The sweetness is tones down here. A little crisp mouthfeel. The light spiciness lingers. Nothing wrong here and pretty refreshing Pilsner all-around.
