Enjoyed at the brewery on Easter weekend 2017. Wow! a cloudy pilsner !! Golden-yellow colour with a big creamy warm cap, long retention and thick lacing. Malty nose with light sweetness and mild pils hops. The taste shows a little sweetness at first and the saaz hops come out in the finish. A different twist on the pilsner style with its look, but overall pretty nice and with more body.
