Our version of a Bavarian Pils showcases the high quality ingredients we use to create our lagers. Choice malts imported from Bamberg build the smooth lager character and accentuate the noble hops of the Hallertau region. The hops provide light floral and subtle bittering notes, allowing the malt to shine through.

Enjoyed at the brewery, April 25th 2023. Clean, golden colour with a lively carbonation, a nice white frothy head that stays the whole time, and lots of lacing. Beautiful, fresh herbal nose over straw, spicy malts. The spiciness continues in the taste, lingering with the blended sweetness of the malts. The grassy hops comes out in the dry finish. A very nice, balanced, spicier Pilsner that goes down very, very well.
