From gift-box from Bertrand. Light opaque dark red brown, redfish foam lasting, lacing. Nice taste, small red berries notes. Good beer. (Bordeaux 201507) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy ruby-brown coloured Ale with a short three fingers creamy and dense foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is light roasted malts, cocoa powder, spicy, cinnamom, a touch of licorice, fruity, apples. The flavour is spicy, cinnamom, a point of pepper, fruity, sourish apples, bananas, roasted caramel malts. The mouthfeel is crispy and light sparkling. This medium bodied Ale has a dry fruity and sour bitter finish. An unexpected good surprise from les Côtes d'Armor in the North of Bretagne. An Ale with character!
