The Beerbistro (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
March 6, 2019

The beer pours a translucent light gold colour with a thin white head. The aroma was grainy malt, light cereal, and floral hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour cereal grains, light spicy notes, and a not so bitter hoppy finish. -

Pours a clean golden colour with a small off-white head, not much retention and minimal lacing. Smells like a pils with the sweet malts balanced by saaz hops. The taste shows this sweetness with the hops taking control to not be syrupy, but refreshing and slightly dry. Nothing special but a good take on the style in North America.

On tap at brewpub. Pours a good size foamy white head that dissipates to a nice thin coating. Lots of sticky lacing remains. Has a clear golden appearance. Aromas of grassy hops and grainy malts. Flavours of grassy hops, very subtle floral hops, a little bit of grainy malts as well. Crisp bitterness. Has a pretty refreshing finish, smooth and slightly dry mouthfeel. Pretty decent flavourful pilsner. Would have again.
