Brewed with only one hop varietal (Sterling) that changes batch to batch, this Italian-inspired lager is packaged young, unfiltered, and dry-hopped. Quickly becoming a classic at Tooth and Nail, each new release shows how much a change in hops can influence the end result.

Very lightly unfiltered with tiny transparent particles. Light golden-yellow, bright colour with a white frothy head, good retention and leaving some foamy thin dirty lacing. Citrus aromas with a nice herbal touch over the straw malt. The Sterling hops give out the citrus notes in the flavours, but they add a tad of spiciness, which is something Pils are great for. A refreshing, nicely hopped Pilsner with a solo hop that works very well together.
