This Italian-style (unfiltered and dry-hopped) pils was brewed in collaboration with BSG Canada, one of our fantastic suppliers of high-end brewing ingredients. Hopped entirely with brand-spankin' new German Diamant, this insanely delicious pils is full of the floral and spicy flavours typical of Noble hops, but with a touch of citrus and a high oil content sending it into overdrive. Thoroughly crisp and appetizing.

Very slight unfiltered, light bright golden-yellow colour with a soapy-bubbly head, decent stay and foamy patches of lacing. Mild sweet malts with the grains and pear notes aromas. The taste shows some decent light spiciness as Pils do. Hints of grass, malt and mineral water. I actually really like this one. Would of bought more had I knows. Now gone.
