Fairly clean, copper-caramel colour with a creamyish light beige head, very good retention and leaving thick creamy-frothy lacing. Toasted malt aromas with caramel, mild spices, hints of dark fruits, bananas and nice herbal hops. The darker fruits and roasted malts do form a nice base with the flavours. Gets hazier as it pours. Some warming alcohol does come out in the nose, and the hops do come out in the finish with some decent dryness. Seems like wheat in taste giving again banana notes. Not a bad Dubbel.
