An American-style wheat ale brewed with 30% malted wheat and 2 row barley. Low hopping rates allow the refreshing aroma and citrus flavor of a late addition of lemon grass to dominate. This unfiltered beer retains all of its protein, flavor, and some of its yeast, resulting in a traditionally cloudy appearance.

Pours out a cloudy gold color with a big white head. The aroma is of mild wheat and citrus. The mouthfeel is thin but smooth. The flavor reminds me of a watered down Sprite. It's not very flavorful but drinkable.

Hefe like in it's banana spice aroma and flavor. Maybe a little thinner, with a touch more grassy hops and a little cereal. So so. Probably won't revisit...

pours clear and golden yellow with a good sized head with decent retention. The aroma is citrus, banana and wheat to keep up with the malt. Balance is good. The taste is tart first with a sharp bite of acidity and citrus dominating over the malt and wheat notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with high effervescence. A lot of lemon in the aftertaste with some weaker malt.

It pours a hzzy golden with thick white head and not much lace. A bready aroma with sweet malts, light hops, licorace, citrus, and some spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of sweet malts, bread/yeast, lemon-citrus, light licorace, and spices. Very tasty!

Pours out in a hazy pale amber colour with a low creamy white head. Weak aroma of bakers yeast pears and caramel. Light-bodied with clean notes of yeast and mild lemon. Short finish with touches of bakers yeast, lemon and caramel.

Interesting beer. Pours a hazey bright golden colour with a full creamy top. Aroma is pleasent with noticeable lemongrass right away. Some yeasty esters. wheat and banannas on the nose. Taste is pleasent with some soft spices, firm citrus notes and just a hint of bitter hops in the finish. Great for a hot day!

A nice wheat beer with whispers of citrus thanks to the addition of lemon grass. Color is cloudy amber, so you know it hasn't been filtered. Aroma has a hint of lemon, as does the taste, which is typical of a wheat beer. Pleasant and uncomplex, it has just a little bit of a hoppy bite. Good for spring or summer outings.

A pretty nice brew, the lemon grass is a nice touch ... good foam 4 an american wheat ... a cross between a witbier and a fruity kolsch ... a saving grace from Tommy! ... "skippy and his lunch"

Pours a slightly murky beige-yellow with a very thin head and very little lacing. Some carbonation. Aromas of citrus-lemon, wet wheat and malts. Taste is somewhat thin but refreshing for a hot day with a thin wheat-lemongrass flavor and some malts.

overall average brew not much for even a wheat ale poured a light golden hazy color with a thin head that was gone quickly and left very little lacing the aroma is bland with some berries and malt i think but little more the flavor is less than or equal to an "american pilsner" i mean come on if you are gonna brew a craft beer be crafty not much here move on and lets try something else
