750 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Toccalmatto stemmed glass a strong hazy golden-orange coloured Kölsch with a good one finger slight beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. A large floating sediments powder. The aroma is faint aciditic fruits, citrus, moderate malty and moderate grassy hops. The flavour is yeast, wheaty malts, moderate fruity, citrus and a late but real grassy hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is light crispy, fizzy, sparkling and thin. This light bodied Kölsch has a dry light bitter finish. A very refreshing and free interpretation of a Kölsch by a daring Italian brewer.
