The red wine and barrel is definitely detected in this beer and it does a nice job harmonizing with the base style. Vinous notes in aroma, dried fruits, peppery, oaked and grapefruits. A light hop bitterness found in on the palate, light pepper, alcohol, a touch of berries and vanilla. To Øl? To me!
