WoodLaHands is our Donko Shiitake Sour Brown Ale. Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts. Fermented and conditioned in a blend of our favorite barrels for eight months. Further conditioned atop Donko Shiitake mushrooms grown by our pals at Woodland Jewel Mushrooms in stainless steel.

ABC Roxy Benefit: Poured a hazy yellow with white head. Aroma was earth and sourish. Taste is weird earth and sour with some malt, veggie.
