This Sushi Rice Double IPA is our second collaboration with Chef Jesse Ito of the great Royal Sushi & Izakaya. Brewed with raw wheat. Dry hopped aggressively with Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Crystal. We then conditioned it on nearly 300 lbs of Jesse’s fully cooked and dressed sushi rice. Tons of Seville orange notes with some cedar and a light salinity.
