Quartz Milk is a No Boil IntraConically Hopped Galaxy & Vic Secret Double IPA. Brewed with a fluffy-but-hearty grist of raw wheat, flaked triticale (a wheat/rye hybrid), and malted oats. Unboiled, hopped lightly in the whirlpool, then absolutely pummelled throughout fermentation with Australian Galaxy and Vic Secret from the 2019 harvest. Notes of honeydew melon, fresh blueberry, pink peppercorns, and lemon meringue.

Taps opaque banana with a thick ivory head. Aroma presents creamy malt with a fruity underpining. Flavor yields creamy fresh malt, tropical and pomme and citrus fruit, resiny hops. Texture delivers lively fizz and good body. Milk it.
