Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
500 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured a light unclear and hazy golden-yellow coloured Pilsener with a short one finger slightly beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is mild sweety malts, floral hops and a well present barnyard. The flavour is sweety malts and a solid herbal hoppy bitterness with a long persistence. The mouthfeel is fresh, nice bitter and quite thin. This light medium Pilsener has a long floral and herbal hoppy bitter finish. This Pilsener from Oberfranken, brewed by Gräfenberg, would be, with a more marked nose, a great Pilsener. Its obvious countryside make it original.
