Thornbury Cider is the flagship product of Thornbury Village Cider House & Brewery. We proudly craft our cider in the midst of 7,500 acres of apple orchards, in the heart of apple country. Thornbury Village Cider House & Brewery was established with the aim to produce premium quality ciders that would tantalize the palette. Using the finest apples that these orchards have to offer, we have created an easy drinking, light, crisp and refreshing cider. Thornbury Premium Cider is a truly original Canadian cider that tastes like a traditional English cider: dry, crisp and premium. It’s made with 100% fresh-pressed local apples (not from concentrate), this 5.3% ABV cider is cold filtered to maintain maximum flavour and aroma. Great news for those with gluten sensitivity, Thornbury Premium Apple Cider is 100% gluten free. This cider is best served chilled, with or without ice.

Pours a clean, very light yellowish colour with a fizzy head that disappears quickly leaving no lace. Apple nose with lots of different varieties, with sweetness, light sourness and some hints of leafy green. The taste seems like real apples and not too sweet. Just a tad of sour notes on the tongue. Some tart in the finish. Nothing too special, but a decent apple cider.
