Winner of the pilsener contest at "Københavnske Øldage 2006". A hybrid beer with both top- and bottom fermentation. Brewed in cooperation with Grauballe Bryghus. "Three malts, three hops, three brewers, three fermentations - probably more than triple pleasure."

Clear copper color with small lacing white foam head. Aroma is hoppy with wood tones. Nice bitter beer, a good triple. Long lasting aftertaste. (Velp 201309) ---

Shared bottle, as Thisted 2 Triple Pilsner. Amber colour, moderate white head. Aroma of malts, hints of ripe berries. Dry flavour, decent hops / bitterness.

Bottled. Pale amber colour with a small off-white head. Some particles floating around. Aroma is leathery, quite grassy, berryish and also rather malty. Flavour is leathery, berryish, caramel malty as well as quite herbal. Rather mouthdrying palate. Interesting.
