There are superhero’s among us. The Yellow Armadillo has taken on the task of ridding the world of tasteless mass produced beer. He is replacing it with an American Style Wheat ale. We use 50% malted barley and 50% malted red hard winter wheat. It is a light-bodied beer that is perfect for the hot Texas summers. It has a light hazy straw color with a light citrus character.

Didnt dig it as much as i thought i would, old, stale wheat was the dominant feature here with an unusual citrus something or another, i will try it again in the future, but for now.....

Hey we go, made for the texas heat .. . Poured out a hazy yellow, great head that died down quite a bit- some lacing left over .. . light banana skin, mushy wheat, and barley straight from the farm .. . it was to refreshing for me write anything else, its all gone .. . float like a butterfinger, stank like a bee. ..
