Thirsty Dog and Indigo Imp worked together to brew, ferment, filter, and package this collaboration beer called Indigo Dog. This Brazilian Style black Lager has a smooth malt chocolatey flavor with a complex background derived from custom roasting some of the malts, plus a light addition of fruitwood smoked malt. Its flavors and aromas are reminiscent of baking chocolate chip cookies in an open hearth. A truly satisfying and delicious dark beer.

Nice collaboration offering by the Dog and the Imp. Very faint smoked malt addition, this one is more sweet rolls and toast. Real clean and easy to drink. Amber brown body, whispy head and splotchy lacing.
