This is a hazy orange amber body and no head. It’s also a bit on the flat side. There’s a slight sourness in the flavor with a nice peach and pear fruitiness. It’s too sweet though. Combined with the flatness, the sweetness makes for a very disapointing barley wine.

I liked this one. Not to be drank in any kind of quantity. Small amounts are very enjoyable. Nose is reminscent of bit o honey candy that I used to love as a kid. Sweet flavor that is a cross between milk caramels and clover honey. Thanks hopsrus for the sample!

Dark amber color, no head. Aroma is malty and sweet. A medium bodied barley wine. Malts are nutty, very fruity and very sweet. Definitely need some more hop bitterness. The malt sweet is nearly overpowering. Despite the unbalanced nature of this beer, it’s still very tasty. The mix of malts is complex and interesting. Lots of potential with this beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

clear dark amber color, the flavor hits you with brown sugar sweetness. For a beer, IMHO, it's far too sweet, I could see using this as an after dinner drink in small quantities
