High fermentation, neither filtered nor pasteurized fermented but bottled beer on lees, the BioBière is light, with 5.5% alc, and true to the tradition of our other beers: * barley malt, hops * bitter and aromatic , fresh yeast (* = products from organic farming). A fine and refreshing beer, with delicate bitterness.

it's a cloudy blond bier with a creamy foam, it smells fresh and fruits aroma. active carbonation who is crackling.in mouth is linear not aggressive, i can find the aroma of fruits and spice. but in the end i had a bitter aftertaste (âpre) like red wine ,which causes a sensation of dryness in the mouth

750 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Thiriez stemmed tulip glass an unfiltered hazy then cloudy amber-orange coloured Ale with a generous three fingers white pillowy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is yeast, grainy malts, spicy, cloves, coriander, sour fruits, apples and floral hops. The flavour is grainy malts, yeast, notes of caramel, pronounced herbal notes, mint, may be a point of pepper, grassy hops. The mouthfeel is sparkling, round and ...a bit thin. This light to medium bodied Ale has a dry slight bitter finish. An easy drinkable Blonde Ale, very refreshing and nice tasting. Good job, Daniel !
