Unfiltered version of the ordinary Theresianer Premium Pils. Ogni volta che si ascolta il suo gusto ricercato... inevitabilmente si ritorna là: a Pilsen, una cittadina della Repubblica Ceca, situata non lontano dalla Baviera dove lei è nata. Luoghi in cui da secoli si coltivano orzo distico con la scorza particolarmente fine e luppoli Saaz, dall'aroma delicatissimo. Sono loro l'anima di questa birra: così unica da rapire i sensi con il suo profumo equilibrato e deciso, che non lascia spazio ad "altre". Birra chiara, brillante, con un gusto particolarmente secco che si unisce nel finale alla freschezza dei sentori di malto e luppolo, tipica nota della tradizione Pilsner.

750 ml bottle from Vinmonopolet (bestillingsutvalget), the unfiltered version of Theresianer Premium Pils. ABV is 5%. Very pale yellow colour, slightly hazy. Moderate but lasting white head. Strong aroma of grassy and herbal hops and sweetish pilsener malts. The flavour is fairly crisp and refreshing, not too sweet, with decent herbal hops again. Not bad.
