Every time you experience the refined taste... you will have to go back again: Pilsen, a little town in the Czech republic, not far from Bavaria where the beer was invented. Here, fine-husked distichous barley and the delicate aroma Saaz hops, have been grown for years. The heart and soul of this beer, whose uniqueness steals your senses with its balanced, decisive scent, and leaves no room for any other. Light, brilliant beer with a particularly dry flavour that in the finish is enhanced by the fresh hints of malt and hop, typical of Pilsner tradition.

Had this at an Italian restaurant ironically called Michael's lol in Clarkson last summer. The aroma on this beer is the best thing about it. Very floral w/ a little bit of honey. But don't be fooled for that is the only reedeming thing about this. A 2 finger cap dissapates very quickly and the body is rather annoying. Starts Bohemian dry but turns German sweet after awhile and the finish is watery. Yuck.

330 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5%. Pale golden colour, large white head of good retention. Decent aroma of grassy and floral Saazer hops, with a hint of honey. The flavour has also nice presence of Saaz, but there is also a pleasant malty sweetness. Overall is this a fairly well balanced pilsener, above average for the style, and very refreshing when cold.
