Our Kentucky Common Dark Cream Ale was such a huge hit, we decided to take a stately twist on a lighter cream ale, but with a hybrid twist; this one fermented with both ale and lager yeasts, and experimentally hopped to bring out a unique peach note. Just because peaches aren’t in season, it doesn’t mean we can’t stay true to Georgia’s namesake. This does not contain lactose; the base is a traditional cream ale.

Taps clear topaz with a fair parchment head that leaves heavy lacing. Aroma features creamy malt with sweet peach in a supporting role. Flavor delivers crisp malt and subtle peach, not strong but refreshing. Texture offers fair body and OK fizz. Enjoy the dawn.
