Sampled on 10/11/2012 at GABF. This Berliner Weisse pours a slightly hazy light yellow gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty, citrusy and tart. A medium bodied Berliner Weisse. The malts are cereal, fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal. Crisp, clean and tart. Decent carbonation. Mildly tart, but nice citrusy flavors. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly tart.

This is such a gorgeous example of a Berliner Weisse. Light, incredibly refreshing with just a faint tartness with little lemon zest notes that dance around the tongue lightly. Spritzy mouthfeel, soft creaminess.
