Tasted at the big “SeaBass has got to go” tasting courtesy of fogdog/askofficerfriendly. Pours nice and gold with thin tan head. It has a tart aroma and heads quickly towards sweet berry notes and then becoming dry and white wine like. At the end of the draw a bit of funk seems to waft forward. The taste starts pretty smooth and sessionable with pears and apples moving softly into berries and increasing tartness. Into the finish a modest level of funkiness is noticed. Nice easy drinking and not overall tart for my palate and taste for a sour.
