French for "without a paddle", Sans Pagaie is our take on a Belgian Kriek. We added an incredible amount of cherries (whole and pureed) to this sour blonde ale and then we decided to add more. The result is a well balanced fruited sour ale, perfect on it’s own, even better with a slice of chocolate cake. 5.8% ABV, Cellerable for up to 3 years.…

Courtesy of BOLTZ7555 I believe. Pours hazy orange-ish pink with tiny white head of foam. The aroma offers up tartness, funky citrus goodness, some peach and under ripe apricot. The taste has a nice tartness going on that rolls quickly into a fairly rich vinegar note to midway. Into the finish light grapefruit to lime citrus and peach come to the surface and partial intercedes the vinegar and dry tartness. Plenty of interest in and around the tart and sourness and it stays refreshing from front to back. Nice.
