À la Mode is inspired by mom’s traditional peach cobbler recipe served with vanilla ice cream. A toasty, crusty base beer with an added 140 lbs of heirloom Le Grande Nectarines from Masumoto Farms. To enhance these flavors we added hints of nutmeg and cinnamon with a generous helping of vanilla. The result is a spot on imitation of that classic summer food.
