Style: Berliner Weisse ABV: 3.5 Malts: Pilsner, Wheat Hops: Tettnang IBU: 6.6 Berliner weisse style ale, very light bodied wheat beer, with a sharp sour character. Traditionally a summer drink in Germany, in which some add syrups to counter the sourness. We added Black berries to the beer to balance the beer and give it a unique appearance and aroma. This beer is aged for 3-6 months to produce the complex sour flavors.

Nice brew. Had closer to their opening. Strong aroma and flavor for a 3% brew. Smells of lemons, grass, and wheat. Light but lively feel. Tart going down, not quite sour. Very pleasant and refreshing.
