Just a small sample of this one. looks like an english brown more than a porter, but is big and unique in flavor and aroma. The smoke is done very very well. Integrated with the roast and light chocolate. The peppers add a touch of complexity to the flavor but I'd like to have had them be a little more assertive, especially in the nose. Pleasant brew with lots of potential.
