A medium-bodied, slightly toasty, Irish-style ale. Very smooth and easy to drink.

Sampled on tap at Taps on 7/10/2010 from a 2 oz sampler. This Irish Ale pours a light copper amber color. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel and biscuit, with a touch of caramel and peat. A medium bodied Irish Ale. The malts are caramel and fruity. The hops are herbal. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Nice malty finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Copper pour with a slight roasted aroma. Definite toast flavor overpowering this brew. Dry finish. Nothing special.

This review is from notes previously taken This is another clear colored amber ale. Nothing really bad, but there was nothing of note that reached out and grabbed me.
