An exceptionally light colored ale fermented at lower than normal temperatures for a smooth, clean finish. You can expect a light bodied ale with a slight hop nose. This is in the style of a Kolsch that originated in Koln, Germany.

I thought this was a blonde ale the entire time, but guess it's a Kolsch. Kind of makes sense, as it has some mild hops and found it better than the typical "blonde". Has a pale semi-clear yellow appearance. Light grassy/wheat flavors with maybe a little bit of caramel malt. Refreshing for the hot FL spring and summer season.
