Halcyon Unfiltered Wheat is an unapologetic American Wheat with the rich flavors of Kansas grain, a fruity aroma and a taste like the very best day of summer. Just like the Halcyon Days of yore, this seasonal brew won’t last forever, but no worries: Halcyon will return next year sure as summer.

Pours a cloudy golden color. Smell is of wheat and lemon. Taste is the same, wheat and lemons. a touch of bitterness. Overall I felt it lacked some of the refreshing qulaities of wheat beers, mediocre.

It pours a thick and hazy apricot color with a thick and foamy white head and copious lacing. A sweet aroma of wheat malts, pineapples and light grapefruit, apricot and mango, banana, and light spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth, thick, and rich. Flavors of wheat malts, hops, light pineapple and citrus, light apricot and mango, banana, and spiciness. Very good wheat!

12oz can. Pours a very hazy dark yellow with a medium creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is sweet wheat malts with a touch of fruit.

The flavor is wheat malts and a splash of lemoney fruits and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with spritzy carbonation.

Overall, it's a simple but enjoyable and drinkable wheat.

Had on Tap @ the KC flying saucer + in can at Home .. . Pours a light hazy yellow gold, medium foam, light sticky lacing .. . simple wheat aromas, some hay, lemon, and burlap sack .. . refreshing stuff, but a bit to watery to really standout .. . They were in the closet making babies and I saw one of the babies and then the baby looked at me.
